If it does not work, I fix it
Support continues until the solution works as agreed.
If I cannot fix it, you don’t pay
No working solution — no fee for that deliverable.
Refunds exclude travel
If you already paid and we cannot deliver, I refund except incurred travel costs.
One-year warranty
Warranty lasts one year from delivery.
Validation not included
Validation support is not included unless explicitly scoped.
You own the data
You remain responsible for laboratory data and its integrity.
Rights to sell my work
I retain the right to sell solutions I created. Exclusivity for a complete application can be obtained at cost.
Source-code copyright
I own the source-code copyrights. No exceptions. A non-exclusive, non-transferable license can be obtained at cost.
