We keep third-party UI dependencies to a minimum. We created an in-house lean and consistent control pack for docking, grids, trees, charts, menus, autocomplete, themes, languages, and settings — not a stack of packs or NuGets. The only major exception is Spread.NET (Mescius) — currently the best Excel-emulation control on the market, with dynamic arrays and lambda functions. That is how Quanto keeps reports as flexible as a workbook and still in lockstep with the review: refresh in under a second, so the report is not a side trip to Excel — it is part of how you review. Data storage follows the same idea: lean, in-house developed compact batch packages, with no heavy database stack.
