Setup lands under Program Files; user settings, layouts, licenses, Public Documents, and Local AppData stay separate. Know what uninstall removes — and what it keeps.
Hardware & performance
CPU cores, RAM, and SSD matter for Analyze and .qtb open/save. Network paths change extract timing — size review PCs and file shares with measured guidance.
Licensing & silent deploy
Shared license folders for lab fleets, plus /VERYSILENT install for software center rollouts. No post-install launch on silent — start the app yourself after deploy.
Troubleshooting & support package
Send a .qtb for review without huge raw files. Use Help menu support / recovery zip (Logbook.tsv, diagnostics). Hold Shift on the splash to recycle settings when a demo PC needs a clean slate — details in the troubleshooting guide.
