Quanto user guide
Getting started
About 15 minutes: example IFRA batch, Analyze, calibration, export report.
Open an example batch, run Analyze, check a calibration curve, and export a report. Screenshots for this path are already on the product site (including IFRA-Allergens.png).
Before you start
- Quanto is installed (see Installation and folders).
- You have a
.qtbbatch, or you download the IFRA allergens example below.
Optional: download the IFRA example batch
If you do not have a local batch yet:
- Download IFRA-Allergens-57.zip (~615 MB). The site presents it as a ready-to-open example batch.
- Unzip to a writable folder (local SSD preferred).
- Open the
.qtbfrom the unzipped package (exact file name inside the zip may vary — pick the batch package, not only the raw folders). - Keep the vendor raw folders next to the
QuantoResultspackage — the batch remembers the data path.

Fifteen-minute path
- Open the batch — File → Open, or drop a
.qtbonto the Quanto window / desktop shortcut. - Review bottles — Samples grid: types, doses, dilutions. Fix obvious mismatches before Analyze.
- Analyze — Run Analyze so peaks, curves, and results refresh. Details: Set up an analysis.
- Open calibration — Select a calibration result and open the calibration plot. Clear Use on a bad point and Analyze again if needed (ESTD / ISTD).
- Export a report — View → Report, then export Excel / PDF for the current sample or the batch. Formula catalog: Report formulas. Workflow: Reports, import, and export.
